Recommended Pokemon Against Gym Leader Melony
Bring Steel, Fire, & Electric Pokemon
Aside from Ice, Melony's Pokemon also have secondary types that can counter your main damage dealer. Make sure to bring some steel and electric type Pokemon in order to counter the gym leader's dual type Pokemon.

Recommended Level: 42
Make sure to level your Pokemon up to around level 42. Melony's Pokemon will have levels ranging from 38~42. Ensure that you are prepared for the fight with Pokemon that are at a high enough level!

Melony's Pokemon will also have the ability to apply status effects to your team such as freezing! Make sure to counteract this by bringing some items that heal status effects for the fight!
Avoid Only Using Fire Types
Despite being primarily ice types, Melony's Pokemon may also have a second type such as Lapras. Make sure to bring other Pokemon to effectively counter the secondary types of these Pokemon!
