You will need to turn the water blocking your path on and off to reach the Gym Leader. Here's how:
Step 1. Turn Down Red Button On The Left Left
Step 2. Turn Down Yellow Button At The Bottom
Step 3. Turn Up Red Button From Step 1
Step 4. Turn Down Blue Button Next To Red Button
Step 5. Go From The Bottom Toward The Gym Leader's Room

Every pokemon for this phase are Water types. Use grass or electric to target their weakness!
5. Defeat Nessa - Tips
Nessa Pokemon Lineup
Bring Grass & Electric Pokemon
All Nessa's Pokemon have the Water Type, making them vulnerable to Grass & Electric type attacks.
Beware Of Drednaw's Dynamax
When Nessa has Drednaw out, it will activate its Dynamax. Keep a healthy reserve of Pokemon to withstand this attack. Bring a grass type Pokemon, such as Thwackey or Eldegoss to take Drednaw out quickly!
