Bring Flying, Ground, Electric Pokemon
Most of Mustard's Pokemon lineup will have a common weaknesses to Flying, Ground, or Electric-type attacks. The above Pokemon we recommended work well, but if you don't have them, anything with the appropriate move coverage will do!
Mustard Will Dynamax Urshifu
The moment Mustard brings out Urshifu, he'll Dynamax the Pokemon. If you choose Tower Of Darkness, his Urshifu will be in Rapid Strike Form, making it weak to Grass, Electric, Flying, Psychic, or Fairy Types.
If you choose Tower of Waters, Urshifu will be Single Strike Style, which is 4x weak to Fairy type moves! Save a Pokemon with a powerful Fairy type move, such as Mimikyu or Togekiss for this.

2. Unlock Restricted Sparring - Tips
Talk To Trainer For Restricted Sparring
After the end of the Isle of Armor expansion pass story, you can then unlock the Restricted Sparring training in the Master Dojo. Talk to the trainer near the door in the back of the dojo to unlock the feature!
