2. Reaching Warm-Up Tunnel - Tips
Warm-Up Tunnel Location
The Warm-Up Tunnel can be found in the Training Lowlands. The Digging Pa can also be found right next to the entrance of the Warm-Up Tunnel.

1~2. Looking For Mushrooms - Tips
Look For Pink Mushrooms
Max Mushrooms are colored pink, and tend to grow in clusters. You will be able to find this Pink Fungi near the entrance of the cave. As soon as you approach it, a battle with your rival will begin.
3. Battle With Klara (Sword) - Tips

Klara's Venipede Evolves
Klara's Venipede will evolve into a Whirlipede. It will then be level 63 once you face it. However, it will still have the same weaknesses from the previous fight. If you have either a Flying, Fire, Psychic, or Rock Pokemon, you should be fine.
Klara Gets A 3rd Pokemon
Klara will also add a new Pokemon to her party. You will also need to face a level 62 Koffing. Make sure to bring a Psychic Pokemon to handle the Koffing. Her Koffing likely has Levitate, so Ground moves will not be able to hit. Have a back up plan here just in case!

Avery's Team Has Grown
Just like Klara, Avery has brought more Pokemon to the fray this time around. All 3 are Psychic type, however, so basically any Ghost or Dark Pokemon you bring should be able to deal with them!
