Max Soup is a food newly introduced in the Isle Of Armor expansion. Pokemon that can Dynamax will be able to Gigantamax when they eat this soup!

Note that not all Pokemon can Gigantamax by eating this soup. The Pokemon has to already have the ability to Dynamax in order to get this ability from the soup.

By using Max Soup to the starters you get with Pokemon Home, your (Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble become Gigantamax with hidden ability!

You will be able to make Max Soup freely after you complete the dojo's 2nd trial. Make sure you have enough Max Mushrooms to make the soup.

You can use Max Soup to give any Galar starter Pokemon the ability to Gigantamax. This is great when you've selected & bred a perfect IV Pokemon.

For Pokemon In Limited-Time Max Raids

Snorlax and Toxtricity are two Gigantamax Pokemon which were previously only obtainable in Max Raid Battles during limited-time events. This has changed, however, thanks to Max Soup! Give one of these two Pokemon a soup if you don't already have their G-Max form!

Today, I gave Max Soup to the Blastoise evolution of the Squirtle I select in the Master Dojo and the Dynamax X symbol disappeared from the summary page of that Pokémon.
Is this normal?
