Invest In HP and Sp. Atk
Mow Rotom's Electric/Grass typing allow it to pick its opponents more easily than its Water and Fire variants. It is advisable to use Mow Rotom as a slightly bulkier variant by placing 252 EVs into HP. 4-12 EVs in Speed are also advisable when considering the speed matchup VS. Wash Rotom.
Counter Common Water Types
Due to the prevalence of Wash and Heat Rotom in the meta, many players are starting to bring out Water Absorb Quagsire and Seismitoad, as well as Storm Drain Gastrodon. As a response to these common Rotom counters, Mow Rotom is ideal, being able to deal 4x damage to Gastrodon & Seismitoad.

Similar To Other Rotom Builds
The Row Motom Scarf variant is essentially quite similar to Heat and Wash. Basically, your goal is not to one or two shot opponents but to whittle down their defenses by utilizing Volt Switch to your advantage. Trick is here to trap opponents who rely on setting up.

How To Play Against Mow Rotom
Use Fire Type Pokemon
Mow Rotom has more weaknesses than Heat or Wash, the most notable of which being the Fire type, which is rather common in the current meta. Since many Pokemon are packing a Fire move as coverage (vs. the likes of Ferrothorn), it's important to know what moves opposing Pokemon might know.
Resist Its Main Moves
Grass/Electric unfortunately does not provide a wide coverage and can rather easily be resisted. Dragon types in particular are recommended to deal with Mow Rotom.
