Wash Rotom Strengths

Wash Rotom's great Electric/Water typing gives it only one weakness. With good defensive stats and 105 Special Attack, it can withstand hits and also has the incredible ability Levitate. In doubles, this Pokemon pairs well with Excadrill.

Flexible Pokemon

Although we are specifically talking about Wash Rotom here, Rotom can be transformed into many other useful forms quite easily. It's worth changing up his moves as you see the meta develop. Heat Rotom and Mow Rotom are particularly useful.

Use Grass Type moves

Grass moves are Wash Rotom's only real weakness, so it's recommended to have a grass type handy for these purposes, as they can also halve the damage of Rotom's Water and Electric moves.

Mold Breaker is Highly Effective

Using the ability Mold Breaker allows you to connect Earthquake and deal massive damage. However, be aware of the enemy Hydro Pump when using Excadrill for this.
