Kommo-o Strengths
Though it has multiple weaknesses (namely the Fairy type), Kommo-o has excellent Atk & Sp. Atk values, along with high damage resistances across the board. This Pokemon is a good candidate for an attacker, capable of using both physical and special attack moves depending on what your current set up is.
Lack Of Fighting Types In The Meta
Currently, the single player meta has a distinct lack of fighting types, so Kommo-o can occupy a useful role. Many top threats are extremely weak to Fighting moves, like Tyranitar, Hydreigon, Excadrill, Ferrothorn, and more.

How To Play Against Kommo-o
Kommo-o's stats are quite good, but it's ultimately not as fast as other pseudo Legendaries. Simply bringing a Choice Scarfed Dragon should be enough to one shot a Kommo-o. When switching in, bring in a threat that can take major hits like Hippowdon or Toxapex.

How To Get Base Pokemon
The first step to Breeding Kommo-o will be to catch either a wild Jangmo-o or Hakamo-o, or Kommo-o itself in the Wild Area. Head to the Lake of Outrage Jangmo-o or Hakamo-o, or Dusty Bowl for Kommo-o to find these Pokemon.
