How to Get Focus Slash
Fight Mr. Focus in Hammerlocke
You can get a free Focus Sash by fighting and winning against "Mr. Focus" in Hammerlocke. His house is just left of the Pokemon Center there!
His Cottonee is Holding a Focus Sash
Mr. Focus' Cottonee has a Focus Sash. This will prevent it from fainting the first time it's supposed to go below 0 health.
Purchase from the BP Shop in Battle Tower
The Focus Sash can be purchased in the BP Shop for 10 BP. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Prevents Pokemon from Fainting Once
Pokemon holding on to a Focus Sash will hold on and stay in 1 health even when they're supposed to faint due to an attack.
Actually a Consumable Item
When a Pokemon is prevented from fainting with the Focus Sash, the item will be consumed. You'll need to buy another one from the BP Shop to be able to use it again.
