Adjust EVs To Deal With Wash Rotom
By putting 212 EVs in HP and 36 in Sp. Def, you're ensuring that you survive a Hydro Pump from a Dynamax Wash Rotom! 252 EVs in Attack are always a must, and you want to avoid putting EVs in Speed to maximize benefit from Trick Room, so the remainder can go into Defense.
Solid Rock Gives Excellent Survivability
Rhyperior's ability Solid Rock reduces the damage of super effective moves against it from 2x to 1.5x! Combine this with its already high base stats (115 HP, 130 Def), the HP bonus from Dynamax, and the bonus effect of Max Moves (Sandstorm buffs Sp. Def) and you've got quite a formidable wall on your hands. On top of all this, slapping a Weakness Policy on it will make it an offensive menace as well.
Choice Band Is Also An Option
Rhyperior works excellently with a Choice Band. It has enough firepower to one shot a fully defensive Toxapex! Considering that Dynamaxing will unlock your Choice Band restraint, it can also be surprisingly flexible.
A Trick Room Ace
You can make Rhyperior's abysmal 40 Speed into a massive positive by using it on a Trick Room team! This gives it the best traits of an excellent Pokemon: High attack, high defenses, and high speed. Consider running it with Mimikyu or Whimsicott as well.

How To Play Against Rhyperior
Go With Special Grass And Water Type Moves
Rhyperior's Ground/Rock typing gives it an unfortunate 4x weakness to both Grass and Water type moves. In addition to this, its Sp. Def is relatively low, meaning you can deal lethal damage by exploiting this weakness. However, due to Solid Rock (and possibly Dynamax), you might not be able to one shot it. You will also probably proc Weakness Policy, so make sure to have a plan to finish it off!
Watch Out For Trick Room
Rhyperior is very often used on Trick Room teams. You should be able to spot this from the team preview, so bring in Pokemon that counter Trick Room.
