Buy Protein In Wyndon Poke Center
When you reach Wyndon, head to its Pokemon Center in the main plaza. Speak with the Poke Mart guy on the right to purchase Protein for 10,000.

Raises Attack EV Of One Pokemon
If you give a Pokemon some Protein, it'll increase its Attack EVs by 10. Vitamins are mainly used to raise a Pokemon's base points or effort values for competitive breeding.
