Trade to Get a Duraludon

The right side of the city will have a street lined with light blue houses. Entering the 6th house from the bottom and speaking to the man will give you a Duraludon for a Frosmoth!

Get the Rotom Catalog

You will find a street lined with blue houses South of the Stadium. Enter the second house from the stadium and defeat the man inside to earn the Rotom Catalog! This will allow you to change Rotom's forms!

Get Bottle Caps from the Battle Tower

The Battle Tower will unlock once you finish the game's main story. Here, you will be able to further test your skills! Ranking up in the Battle Tower will also earn you BP to spend, and even Bottle Caps for Hyper Training!
