The Flame Orb is a random drop reward from completing the tournament after beating the game. You can take on the tournament as many times as you want, so keep trying over and over until you get it.

Flame Orb - What Does It Do?

Inflicts A Burn On The Pokemon Holding It

The Flame Orb is a battle item that causes the Pokemon holding it to become burned. This burn functions just like a normal burn, dealing damage at the end of every turn and halving your Attack stat.

in the section recommended pokemon to use the flame orb on the point that reuniclus cant be poisoned while being burned is unnecessary since as mentioned its ability blocks burn damage (and also poison damage, so being poioned has no effect on it)
