Pick Up in Route 5
You can get a free Absorb Bulb by picking it up in . You can find it right after cross the bridge going going to Hulbury. It's under a tree next to a patch of grass.

The Absorb Bulb can be bought in the BP shop for 10 BP. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Absorb Bulb - Uses & Effects
Boosts Sp. Atk when Hit by Water Move
A Pokemon holding a Absorb Bulb will receive a Sp. Atk boost when hit by any Water-attack moves. This is a single use held item. Samples of water moves include Water Gun and Waterfall!
