Found in Glimwood Tangle
You can find the Luminous Moss in the Gleamwood Tangle before you get to Ballonlea. It's in the section of the forest where there are 4 yellow glowing mushrooms.

The Luminous Moss can be bought in the BP shop for 10 BP. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Boost Sp. Def when Hit by Water Attack
A Pokemon holding a Luminous Moss will receive a Sp. Def boost when hit by a Water-attack. This is a single use held item. Samples of water moves include Water Gun and Waterfall!
