How to Get Mental Herb
Pick Up From The Slumbering Weald
One place you can find the Mental Herb is in the Slumbering Weald, close to the place where you fight Hop. Head to the upper-leftmost part of the area to find it.

Mental Herbs can also be purchased from the BP Shop located in the Battle Tower. They cost 20 BP each.

Prevents Move-Binding Effects
The Mental Herb allows the user to dispel a negative effect that blocks a Pokemon from using its moves. This includes the effects of Charm (all infatuation in general), Taunt, Encore, and Disable.
Mental Herbs Are Consumable
Mental Herbs provide a one-time-only use. Make sure to choose the right moment to use this item. The herb will not be consumed in the Battle Tower or Battle Stadium, however!
