How to Get Cell Battery
Get Outside Of Battle Tower
To get the Cell Battery, you'll need to unlock access to the Battle Tower by entering the Hall of Fame. Head to the Battle Tower and move to its right side to find the Cell Battery.

The Cell Battery can also be purchased in the Wyndon BP Shop for 10 BP. Battle Points are usually gathered from Battle Tower ranked battles.

Boosts Attack If Hit By Electric-Type Move
When held by a Pokemon, Cell Battery will boost your Pokemon's attack when hit by an Electric-type move. This is very useful for Pokemon weak to Electric-type attacks but it can only be used once.
Will Not Activate If No Damage Is Made
If the Pokemon is not damaged by an Electric-type move the Cell Battery will not activate.
Activate Cell Battery At The Right Time
As your Pokemon needs to be damaged to activate the Cell Battery, your Pokemon should be resistant to Electric-type Moves. Choose the right Pokemon to bring out to not be beaten up!
