Purchase from Hammerlocke BP Shop
The BP Shop in Hammerlocke sells Power Weight for 10 BP each. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Increases Max HP Received
Pokemon holding a Power Weight will have their speed reduced in battle in exchange for getting increased Max HP Effort Value (EV). This adds 8 points to the amount of Max HP they get each time.
