How to Get Rotom Catalog

Head Inside Orange House in Wyndon City

You can pick up a Rotom Catalog inside the Stow-on-Side City. Head left of the city and climb up the ladder there. It's near a group of Diglets to the side.

Win Against League Staff Isaac

You'll need to win against League Staff Isaac to get the Rotom Catalog. You'll be fighting against 3 Rotoms of different types so make sure to have a team that can counter it.

Rotom Catalog - Uses & Effects

Use to Change Rotom's Form

You can use the Rotom Catalog to freely change the form of your Rotom. Open up the catalog from your Key Items tab and use it on Rotom to select it's form.

Can be Used Multiple Times

Changing the form of your Rotom is not permanent. You can freely select and change which form you want your Rotom to take by using the Rotom Catalog again.
