Prism Scale - How to Get
Pick Up in Lake in Route 2
The Prism Scale can be found in the lake next to the Professor Magnolia's house in Route 2. You'll need the Water upgrade of the Rotom Bike to be able to get it.

You can pick up Prism Scale at South Lake Miloch. Look for a flashing mark on the lake. This item respawns over time.

Use to Evolve Feebas to Milotic
When a Feebas is traded while holding a Prism Scale, it will evolve into a Milotic at the end of the trade!
