How to Get Power Herb
Found in Route 10
You can pick up the Power Herb in Route 10. Right before the big slope to Wyndon City, there is a slightly obscure path. Go down that and the Power Herb will be at the end.

The Power Herb can be bought in the BP shop for 15 BP. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Allows Pokemon to Immediately Use Charged Moves
The Power Herb will allow Pokemon to immediately use a charged move without needing to charge. This is great as it negates the downside of high power charged moves like Solar Beam!
