Get It From The Stow-on-Side Bargain Shop
One way to get the Quick Claw is by repeatedly visiting the Bargain Shop in Stow-on-Side. This shop will sell a different rare item every day. Although it is ultimately random, if you come here every day you'll eventually get the Quick Claw!
Held By Certain Wild Pokemon
The Quick Claw can sometimes be held by certain Pokemon in the wild. If you catch them, you will also get the item. One such Pokemon is Sneasel, which can be found on Route 8 and Route 10.
Use The Move Thief
The move Thief can steal the item held by the opponent's Pokemon, if you don't want to bother catching it.

Gives You A Chance To Hit First
A Quick Claw, when held by a Pokemon, will give that Pokemon a 20% chance to strike first with a move. Hitting first is one of the most important elements of Pokemon battling, so this item could turn the tide of a battle!
