Complete Quest to Deliver Old Letter

Head up the Stairs East of Hammerlocke

Go up the stairs found in the east side of Hammerlocke City then talk to the little girl near the wall there. She'll give you a letter to deliver to Frank in Ballonlea.

Fly to Ballonlea & Talk to Frank

Frank can be found in the first house to the left of the Pokemon Center in Ballonlea. He'll give you a Choice Scarf for delivering the letter.

Go Back to Hammerlocke

Fly back to Hammerlocke and go to the place where you talked to the little girl. Press a while facing where she was and you'll pick up the Reaper Cloth!

Purchase from BP Shop

The BP Shop in Hammerlocke sells Reaper Cloth for 10 BP each. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Can Appear in Stow-on-Side Bargain Shop

It's possible for the Reaper Cloth to be the daily Bargain shop item. Check back daily to see if it's available for the day or the next day.
