Destiny Knot - How To Get
Purchase At The Hammerlocke Pokemon Center
The Destiny Knot can be purchased at the central Pokemon Center in Hammerlocke for a cost of 10 BP. Be careful, the BP Vendors in the Battle Tower do not sell the Destiny Knot.

In order to obtain the necessary BP, you'll need to head to the Battle Tower. By winning battles & climbing through the ranks, you will obtain the necessary BP in no time.

When a Pokemon holds the Destiny Knot breeds, the child produced will inherit 5 IVs from its parents. If both parents have 6 max IVs, you can guarantee that a Pokemon with at least 5 max IVs will be born. This item is extremely useful for breeding.
