Circhester Gym's Gym Challenge will provide you with a special Trap Detector which pings when near a hidden pitfall. Use this hints to guide you through the hidden pits to reach the other side of the Gym.

The third section of the gym will have a sandstorm blowing constantly, blocking your vision. Keep your eyes on the Trap Detector Ping to navigate through the area.

Should you ever end up falling in one of the pits, you will be returned to the beginning of the room or the last platform you set foot on. The pit that you fell in will remain open, so that you won't accidentally fall again!

Gordie's party mainly consists of Rock types. A Pokemon with Fighting type moves will be very effective in this battle, as it will give you an advantage over 3 of his 4 Pokemon. Shuckle has extremely high defensive stats, so be prepared for it to hold out a bit longer.

Bring Steel, Fire, & Electric Pokemon

Aside from Ice, Melony's Pokemon also have some secondary types that may counter your main damage dealer. Be sure to bring some steel and electric Pokemon in order to counter Melony's dual type Pokemon!
