Throat Spray Location
Help the Boy Find Minccino in Motostoke
You can get a free Throat Spray by helping a boy find his missing Minccino in Motostoke. You'll be able to find the boy left of the Stadium in front of a warehouse.

Minccinno can be found in the water fountain to the left of the stadium. You'll need to whistle for it to appear. After it shows up, you can go back to boy to get the Throat Spray!
Can Be Bought in the BP Shop
The Throat Spray can be bought in the BP shop for 10 BP. You can buy as much as you want so long as you have the BP for it.

Raises Sp. Atk after using Sound-Based move
A Pokemon holding a Throat Spray will receive a Sp. Atk boost after using a sound-based move. Samples of sound-based moves include Roar and Boomburst!
