Fight Lower Leveled Pokemon

Make sure to only make your Yamask is fighting enemies that are lower than its current level. This is to prevent your Pokemon from fainting against a single hit during a fight!

Damage Must Come From Enemies

The damage that Yamask receives must come from enemies. Lowering Yamask using other means such as the move "Curse" will not work.
