Max Moves

What Are Max Moves?

Max Moves are used by Dynamax Pokemon and change automatically depending on the moves a Pokemon already knows. For example, all Normal-type attacking moves will become Max Strike when the Pokemon transforms.

Max Moves Have Additional Effects

All Max Moves will have a secondary effect of some sort, like increasing your allies' attack, changing the weather, etc.

What Are G-Max Moves?

G-Max moves are only usable by Gigantamax Pokemon and they are even stronger than Max Moves! Their effects are different depending on the move, and their secondary effects are also extremely powerful.
