Get as Reward from Battle Cafes
Sweets can be won from winning battles in the Battle Cafe. The reward is random so there is a possibility that you might not get a Sweet whenever you win.

You can battle in the each Battle Cafe once a day. Each Battle Cafe has a different leveled Pokemon, but they will always be Milcery/Alcremie and Swirlix/Slurpuff of differnet.

Use to Evolve Milcery to Alcremie
Sweets are needed to be able to evolve Milcery to Alcremie! Have a Milcery hold any of the Sweets then spin around till your character makes a pose and your Milcery will evolve!

The type of Sweet you give Milcery will become its decorations when it evolves in Alcremie. There are multiple types of Sweets that you can get and use!
