Increase Pokemon Level By 1
The Rare Candy is an item that you can use on one of your Pokemon to increase their level by 1! If you are looking to quickly level up one of your Pokemon, use Rare Candies to get the job done!
Why Level Up Pokemon?
Make Pokemon Stronger
It is best to level up your Pokemon since leveling up will increase their stats, allow them to learn new moves, and helps them get stronger! Certain Pokemon can also evolve by leveling up!
Unlock Hyper Training
Making a Pokemon reach level 100 will make that Pokemon eligible for Hyper Training. For some Bottle Caps, Hyper Training will allow you to max out the IVs of a Pokemon!

Use On Pokemon With Empty Exp Bars
Rare Candies essentially fill the Pokemon's Exp bar to level them up. Instead of using the item on a Pokemon with an almost full Exp bar, use it on another Pokemon with an empty Exp bar to maximize the use of the item!
Use On High Level Pokemon
High level Pokemon will require more Exp to level up. Using Exp Candies on these Pokemon will only have you using up a large amount of Exp Candies. Use Rare Candies instead to instantly gain the level!
