Get Egg From Nursery / Daycare
First things first, you need to grab an egg from any of the two Nurseries or Daycares in the game. Make sure to place the Egg in your Party after taking it from the Nursery.

Another imperative thing to have is a Pokemon with the ability "Flame Body". This makes their bodies warmer, helping the Egg in your party hatch faster due to it conducting more heat.
Pokemon That Can Have Flame Body
Keep Egg & Pokemon With Flame Body In Party
After you have both your Egg & the Pokemon with Flame Body, make sure to place them both in your Party. This will ensure that your Egg will receive the heat from the Pokemon's Flame Body ability.
Adjust Switch Camera Control Settings
To automate your fast egg hatching, double check the control settings on your Nintendo Switch. Head to Options from the menu then set your Vertical & Horizontal Camera Controls to "Regular".
Push Switch Joysticks Together
When camera controls are set, push your L & R Nintendo Switch joysticks together to make your character run around in circles, whether on foot or on the bike.
Use A Rubber Band If You Have A Controller
You can also do this method if you have a Switch Pro Controller. Just tie a physical rubber band on your joysticks to push them together and make your character move around in a circle.
