weirdest build ever for Draga

Dragapult has a very lacking physical movepool, so high tier players are almost exclusively using special sets (Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Shadow Ball and Draco Meteor with a timid nature). Using a jolly nature makes no sense when you run 2 special attacks.

So why do you take 2 special moves? Isnt that kinda bad?
