Found the Flamethrower TR by next to the nursery in the wild area. the Watt Trader had it and he didnt before so i can only imagine that the TRs move around between the traders.

Im having the same problem. do you think pokemon shield is the one that sales it?

The only guy I can find that trades watts in hammerlocke hills doesn’t even have flame thrower as an option to buy. And I need it as ASAP for my Chandelure bc rn his primary fire type move is ember. Please help
