Improve Byleth's Skill Levels While Exploring

Improve Byleth

Participating in Faculty Training while exploring the Monastery will raise a specific Skill Level of your choice. Note that faculty in the Monastery will only be able to train you in Skills that they specialize in.

Train Skills To Recruit Characters

Increasing Byleth's Skill Levels will allow him or her to meet the requirements for recruiting certain students. Before Faculty Training, make sure you know what skills the student you're recruiting is looking for.

Depending on Saint Statue Levels!!!

Byleth will also earn 1.5 times the Skill Points when training a Skill that he or she excels in.

Same Results Regardless of Faculty Skill Level

The Skill Points that Byleth earns from Faculty Training will not be affected by the Faculty's actual Skill Level. The Saint Statues are the only modifiers to the Skill Points that you earn.

Changes Into "Advanced Drills" Post-Timeskip

Changes Into Advanced Drills Post-Timeskip

After the timeskip, Faculty Training will change into Advanced Drills. Here, you will be able to raise your Skill Levels by performing Advanced Drills with members of your team who have a higher Skill Level than you.

How To Perform Faculty Training

Train With Characters With Hourglass Icon

Train With Characters With Hourglass Icon

Faculty Training can be performed while exploring the Monastery on your Free Times. Characters with an hourglass icon next to their names on the map will be available for Faculty Training.

Faculty Training Consumes Activity Points

When talking with an available faculty member, an option to do some Faculty Training will appear. Manage your Activity Points with Faculty Training and raising your students' motivation for the upcoming Lecture days!

Can Be Done Once Per Week

You will not be able to continuously train with a specific character while exploring the Monastery. Faculty Training with a character can only be done once per week.
