Use The Certification Exam To Change Classes
If you want to change any unit's classes, you can make them take Certification Exams to turn them into more powerful versions of themselves.
All Characters Can Change Into Any Class
All of the characters in the game, except for any character exclusive levels, will be able to change into any class that you want.

Despite all characters having the ability to change into any class you want, there are still some prerequisites. All characters are required to meet the required skill level for a certain stat to pass their certification.
Reclass Your Units From The Options Menu
Pressing "X" will bring up the options menu. Select the inventory button, then head to the "Reclass" option. From here, you will be able to change any of your students into any class that they have been certified into.
Requirements To Pass Certification Exams
Meet Skill Levels To Pass Certification Exams
Before taking an exam, you will be shown a class description, along with odds of passing and skill requirements for passing. You can still attempt to take the exam even if you do not meet the skills requirements, but your odds of passing will be lower.
Instruct Students To Increase Chances Of Passing
In order for to increase their chances of passing certification exams, you will need to instruct and tutor them to raise the specific skill. You can also raise your own skills by attending seminars and learning from other professors!

Besides meeting the skill requirements of the exam, you will also need some seals to take the exam. The type of seal will indicate what class level you want to change into. Make sure the character is equipped with a seal in order to take the exam.
Acquire Seals From Missions & Marketplace
You will be able to get seals from certain missions and even the marketplace. Keep in mind that seals are more expensive the higher the class level you want to change into.

Certification Exams Happen On Rest Days
Certification exams happen on your rest days. When choosing what activities to do on rest days, a new option will appear called "Certifications". Make sure to teach your students well in order to certify them into stronger classes!
