How To Use Seminars
Choose Seminar During Free Time
Once unlocked, you can choose Seminar during one of your monthly Free Time. Basically, you listen to a lecture, sometimes by you or other professors in the Academy, to raise skill experience & motivation.
Seminars Will Take Up The Entire Free Time
Choosing a Seminar will take up the entirety of your Free Time. This means you won't be able to do battles or explore the monastery once you've selected to listen to a Seminar.
Pick Seminar To Attend
Once the Seminar option has been chosen, you can pick which one you want to attend. Each Seminar has a different topic & group of students who will attend. Students with high motivation are more likely to attend the Seminar they are interested in.
Seminars - Effects
Raises Specific Skill Experience
Since each specific Seminar focuses on a certain skill and it will greatly increase that skill's experience. This is a great way to boost a certain student's skill for Certification Exams.
How to Raise Student SkillsIncreases Student's Motivation
Students who attend will also receive a boost in Motivation, making Seminars a useful way to increase their Motivation for the following Lecture day.
