2~12. Talking To Seteth Will Skip The Month
At any point in the month, talking to Seteth, and selecting "YES" from the conversation options will automatically skip the whole month, and trigger the final mission. It is advised that you only choose this conversation option on the last free time.
Use The Remaining Time You Have To Level Up
Since there are several Lecture Days and Free Times during this month, it is advised that you focus on leveling up and strengthening your units for the upcoming fight. Make sure to level up each unit's Authority skill as well!

The Final Battle Walkthrough Chart

1. Choose The Character You Wish To Marry
This will be your chance to choose a character that you want to marry in the game! Remember that you will not be able to view the S support scene with whomever you choose until after the final fight.

Remember To Maintain Units Before Fighting
Make sure to maintain your unit's Battalions, weapon durability, and items before the fight. Your team will be severely outnumbered by enemies during this battle, which is why it is best to equip them with durable weapons, and replenished battalions.
Defeat White Beasts To Weaken Rhea's Defenses
White Beasts are Church Soldiers that have sworn to serve the Goddess. They will immediately protect Rhea if you get too close to her. It is recommended to deal with them first to weaken Rhea's defenses before going after her.
Take Control of the Southern Heal Tile
Make sure to deploy a fast moving unit on the Southern part of your formation. They will need to occupy the Heal Tile + at the bottom part of the map to avoid spawning enemy reinforcements.
Split Your Team Into Two Groups
Once you've stopped reinforcements from spawning, you can now split your team into two groups (left and right side) and slowly work your way towards Rhea. By doing this, you will be able to surround her, once you've defeated her units.
Make Use Of Heal Tiles On the Map
Make sure to use the Heal Tiles found scattered around the map. They will allow you to heal up at the start of every turn, and will not use up your Healer unit's actions!
Dispatch Northern Healer Before Taking On Golems
The Magic unit at the Northern end of the map can continuously heal the Golems near it to suppress your assault. Use a long range unit such as a Bow Knight in order to stop the Golems from healing.
Surround Rhea With Your Units
Once you've defeated all of the enemies on the map, you will be able to surround Rhea with your units. Once she's surrounded, you can then focus your attacks on her to bring her health down!
Use Gambits To Break Rhea's Barriers
Rhea's health and resistances function the same as Demonic Beasts. Therefore, you will need to use Gambits or strong attacks in order to break her barriers. Once those are down, she will be susceptible to more damage!
Use Fortify Skill To Sustain Unit Health
Healers who have the "Fortify" ability will be able to recover a unit's health in an area of effect. Use your healers to recover several unit's HP when they are dangerously low on health!
