How to Raise Motivation Levels
Become an MVP in Battle
When a student is named MVP in a battle, they will receive a boost in their motivation. Sometimes, when your characters becomes MVP, they will inspire and motivate the whole class!
Eating Together
Sharing a meal with students is also a good way of motivating them. Select dishes that they like via a Blue Arrow next to the Character Portraits when selecting a dish.
Praise Them During Training Sessions
Give praise where it is due. Your students will receive additional motivation points if you praise them for getting a perfect during a training session! This will only happen though on their first perfect per session.
Give Allies Good Advise
Sometimes your allies will come to you after class to ask for advise. Give them the correct response and it will motivate them!
By Giving Gifts / Lost Items
Giving allies gifts or locating and giving back their lost items will also increase their motivation! This will also enhance the relationship level between you and that character as well.
Resting on Free Days
Resting will replenish the motivation of all members of your house! This is a good way of motivating in bulk, but it doesn't fill up their motivation bars completely
