The Riot Shield can be used even if it's unequipped and it can protect your from attacks from behind. You can also use it to cover yourself and force your way through an intense zone.

Use your Lethals like the Proximity Mine and Claymore to cover points of entry. You can pick them up again (if unused) once you headout to a different location with your squad.

| Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip) | Rubberized grip keeps gun tight in hand. Less steady, but helps control recoil. |
Great Accuracy, Range, Control
This setup maximizes the MG34's accuracy and recoil management. This allows you to stream down continuous fire upon your enemies, stalling them or eliminating them to keep your squad safe.
You Can Use A Bipod
Bipods significantly eliminates the recoil when going crouch or prone, giving you more avenues to suppress enemies. You can replace the recommended Ranger Foregrip with a Bipod depending on your playstyle.
More Ammo Is Also Good
While already substantial, the base 50 rounds that the MG34 carries might not be enough in some cases. Since you'll be staying put instead of moving around while firing, you can mount a 100-round Magazine to have better sustain.

High Mobility MG34

| Stippled Grip Tape (Rear Grip) | Stippled pistol grip tape maintains control performing high speed maneuvers. Less stable but very agile. |
MG With Great Mobility
Take advantage of the MG34's innate high damage and great base ammo capacity by adding more Mobility. The attachments above add a decent chunk to the Mobility stat without sacrificing Accuracy and too much recoil control.
Get Extra Ammo?
Even with the Sleight of Hand perk, the MG34's reload time is atrociously slow. Reloading at the wrong place and time with this gun has a very high chance of killing you. You can use the 75 or 100-round attachments to cover this weakness.
Is No Stock Good?
No Stock has had a fairly debilitating nerf recently and having it on a gun made for continuous fire can seriously meddle with your recoil. If you're going for no grip, go for SMGs instead.
