Redeployment & Reviving Overview

Down But Not Out

Down But Not Out

CoD Warzone prioritizes teamwork above all else! This means that it is highly beneficial to have a full and healthy team with you at all times when playing matches! Luckily, dying in Warzone does not necessarily mean that you'll stay dead for the rest of the match!

Different Mechanics Depending On Mode

Different Mechanics Depending On Mode

Keep in mind that the Plunder and Battle Royale modes will have different rules and mechanics when it comes to reviving yourself or your teammates! You can check them out below to have a quick reference!

Reviving In Battle Royale Mode

Reviving in Battle Royale

Battle Royale Mode will give you several options when it comes to redeployment. However, redeployment will be disabled when the match transitions into the late game (usually after the fourth circle collapse).

Reviving In Plunder Mode

Reviving in Plunder Mode

You can redeploy and revive as many times as you want in Plunder Mode. However, keep in mind that each time you redeploy will cause you to lose a portion of the cash you have collected!

How To Revive Downed Teammates

How to Revive Downed Teammates

When you or your teammate get into a fight, and are shot to the ground, they will enter a downed state. They will still be able to move around, but cannot fire back. They can still be revived at this state, unless they are shot at by the enemy and are killed.

Manually Revive Them

Manually Revive Them

When your teammates are downed, you can approach them, and interact with them to manually revive them. This action may take a few seconds to complete.

Make Sure You're Safe Before Reviving

Make Sure You

Manually reviving your teammate will make you vulnerable to any source of damage. Therefore, make sure that the area is clear before attempting to revive your teammate. Better yet, have your other teammate cover for you while you revive!

Use a Self-Revive Kit

If you or your teammates are downed with no one else nearby, you can opt to use a Self-Revive Kit to help yourself. Be careful as the Self-Revive Kit takes awhile to apply, and enemies may shoot at you while you use it.

How to Get Self-Revive Kits

Self-Revive Kits are extremely useful items that you can use in the clutch. These can be found while looting Supply Boxes, or using a Buy Station to purchase one.

How To Redeploy Dead Teammates (Battle Royale Only)

When you or your teammates are shot while downed, you will then be killed. Here are some ways to redeploy yourself and your teammates to get back into the fight!

Win In a Gulag Match

Win in A Gulag Match

Dying for the first time in Battle Royale will transport you to the Gulag. Here, you will be fighting against another player in a 1v1. Winning the fight will allow you to redeploy into the match! Keep in mind that you can only doing this once, and dying again will not bring you back to the Gulag.

Learn The Map Layout

Gulag Showers Map Layout

It is imperative that you learn the overall map layout of Gulag. Learning the layout of Gulag gives you the upper hand since it will allow you to take advantage of certain choke points, cover areas, and more!

Support Your Teammate By Throwing Rocks

Support Your Teammate By Throwing Rocks

If you and your teammate are in the Gulag at the same time, you will be able to help each other out! While watching your teammate's match you can throw rocks at their enemy to temporarily stun them, giving your teammate an upper hand!

Redeploy From Buy Stations

Redeploy From Buy Stations

Dying for a second time in the same match will cause you to spectate your surviving teammates instead of going to the Gulag. You can request them to redeploy you by using the Buy Stations around the map. However, keep in mind that they need $ 4500 to redeploy you.
