Obsidian Camo Overview
Show Off Your Weapon Mastery
Obsidian Camo is a new unlockable camo style for your weapon made available in the 1.20 Update. Rocking this camo for your weapon will let the whole lobby know that you have truly mastered your weapon in the game!

Keep in mind that just like any other weapon camo, Obsidian Camo is purely cosmetic and will not offer any gameplay advantages.
How To Get Obsidian Camo Criteria
Must Unlock Gold Camo First
There is a prerequisite for unlocking Obsidian. You must first get Gold Camo on a weapon in order to unlock Obsidian Camo challenges. Without Gold Camo, your progress for unlocking Obsidian will not be tallied!
Criteria For Unlocking Obsidian Camo
| Weapon Type | Unlock Condition |
|---|---|
| Assault Rifles | Kill 15 enemies in a match 200 times |
| SMGs | Kill 15 enemies in a match 150 times |
| Shotguns | Kill 15 enemies in a match 150 times |
| LMGs | Kill 15 enemies in a match 150 times |
| Marksman Rifles | Kill 15 enemies in a match 150 times |
| Sniper Rifles | Kill 15 enemies in a match 125 times |
| Riot Shield | Kill 750 enemies |
| Handguns | Kill 15 enemies in match 100 times |
| Launchers | Destroy a vehicle or killstreak 100 times |
| RPG-7 | Kill 5 enemies in match 150 times |
| Combat Knife | Kill 10 enemies in a match 125 times |
Stacking Objectives is Possible
Keep in mind that you will be able to stack objectives in a single match. This means that getting 30 kills with an assualt rifle in a single match will count as 2 objectives towards your overall challenge progress!
