| M4A1 Assault Rifle | Easily controllable Assault Rifle with good rate of fire. Available from the start. |
| Model 680 | 12 gauge pump-action shotgun. Great in clearing out positions. |
| MP5 | Fully-automatic 9mm SMG. Great in clearing out positions. |
| M91 | LMG proficient in high caliber sustained fire. Available from the start. |
Works Well In CQC
Capture points are often times located in wide open spaces usually surrounded with buildings and cover. As you would expect some close-quarters combat, try to bring a reliable sidearm or shotgun/SMG when capturing points.
Can Be Used To Defend & Pin
LMGs are the perfect weapons to use when preventing the opposing team from approaching your positions. Use them to provide covering fire or to completely block off a direct path to the objective.

Claymore, C4, & Molotov To Zone
Use these claymores, C4s, and Molotov Cocktails to clear enemies from capturing points or to deter them from capturing yours.
Smoke Before Capturing
You can use smoke before you take a point to block off enemy sights. Use this when a point is heavily guarded or if you need to get out of a hot firefight.

Domination Recommended Perk
| Perk | Description |
|---|---|
| Overkill | Carry Two primary weapons. |
| E.O.D. | Take reduced damage from non-killstreak explosives and fire. Hack enemy Claymores, Proximity Mines, and C4. |
| High Alert | Your vision pulses when enemies outside of your view see you. |
| Restock | Recharge equipment over 30 seconds. |
| Shrapnel | Spawn with an extra piece of lethal equipment. Explosive damage delays enemy health regeneration. |
Overkill For Close & Long Range Combat
Equip Overkill to be able to equip to primaries, allowing you to respond to both close and long range encounters. Just remember that switching to a primary takes more time than switching to a pistol.
Hack Enemy Traps With E.O.D.
As Domination requires teams to defend their own positions, expect the enemy team to cover theirs with traps. Equip the E.O.D. Perk to convert and use enemy equipment for your team.
Use High Alert When Capturing
You become very vulnerable when capturing positions as most of these locations offer little to no cover. Use High Alert to detect enemies that have their sights on you while you capture, so you can react and get to cover.
Shrapnel & Restock For More Lethals!
The Restock perk replenishes your lethals and tacticals every 30 seconds. Shrapnel allows you to carry one more lethal while also preventing HP regeneration damaged by your explosives. Use both of these perks to secure your positions, or zone out the enemy from theirs.

Play The Objectives!
Domination is won by securing and doing objectives. Kills and deaths do not count to your team's score. Coordinate with your team and try to capture and defend as many positions as you can.
The More Players, The Better
The more players capturing a position, the faster it converts. Coordinate with your team and use numbers to easily and quickly capture positions.
Know When To Defend & Attack
As taking over capture points is the only way of earning points for your team in Domination, know when is the right time to defend and attack.
Sneaking & Taking Points Is Possible
You can equip a good combination of perks for stealth and use them to infiltrate and capture the farthest enemy position. Just be wary as enemy spawn points tend to be near these far-flung capture points.
