Overkill - Perk Explained

Overkill Perk Basic Information
|Overkill||Carry Two primary weapons.||Unlocks at level 1|
Carry 2 Primary Weapons
Overkill perk lets you carry 2 primary weapons, giving you more freedom over loadouts.Check out All Weapons List here!
Overkill Perk Multiplayer Tips
Equip Weapons At Loadout First
Usually, a player can only carry 1 primary weapon and 1 secondary / launcher weapons. Go to the loadout and equip Overkill Perk first, then you can choose to equip 2 primary weapons.
Don't Forget to Update Attachments!
Your primary weapons may need some attachment update to fit your new builds, like adding lasers to your now designated close quarter weapons that was your battle rifle before. Remember to update attachments!Read the All Gunsmith Attachments Guide here!
Great For Pursuing Versatile Builds
Overkill is useful for modes and maps that has evolving tactical requirements, like having you charge across an open plains to take a warehouse. You can carry a sniper rifle for spotting and then switch over to a Assault rifle when you need to breach a building.All Multiplayer Modes List
Overkill Perk - Best Combo Options
Best Perk Combo Options
|Restock||Recharge equipment over 30 seconds.||Perk 2|
|High Alert||Your vision pulses when enemies outside of your view see you.||Perk 2|
|Ghost||Undetectable by UAVs, Rader Drones, Heartbeat Sensors, and High Alert. Hide the death markers of enemies you kill.||Perk 2|
|Amped||Faster weapon swap and rocket launcher reload speed.||Perk 3|
Choose Between Stealth, Utility, Or Defense
Choose between stealth, utility, or defense for your perk 2 slot. Ghost hides your presence while Restock lets you recharge equipment, and High Alert alerts you of enemy contact.
Faster Weapon Switch With Amped
Primary weapons takes longer to swap out and use. Longer swap speed could kill the versatility with having 2 primary weapons, so Amped perk makes a good choice when picking Overkill.
Best Equipment Combo Options
|Snapshot Grenade||Provides a momentary glimpse of enemies within the blast radius||Tactical|
|Heartbeat Sensor||A tablet that displays rough information about nearby enemies||Tactical|
|Claymore||Proximity-activated explosive mine.||Lethal|
|Throwing Knife||Retrievable knife that is lethal on impact.||Lethal|
Gather Intel To Know Which Weapon To Switch To
Snapshot Grenade & Heartbeat Sensor gives you a sense of the enemy's distance to you. You can switch to weapons most appropriate for the firefight quicker.
Leaving Close Quarters To Throwing Knife Is Viable
Throwing Knife is a powerful lethal equipment that can insta-kill enemies if it hits, and is powerful in close quarters. You can leave close-quarter engagement to it and carry 2 long-range weapons such as a LMG and sniper rifle combo.
