Faster Weapon Swaps & Launcher Reloads
The Amped perk allows you to swap between weapons & reload your launcher type weapons much faster! This can potentially increase your kill rate and kill count since you can get to different damage sources quicker.

Unfortunately, Amped does not increase Handguns swapping speed, meaning its useless unless you use a launcher as secondary or use Overkill to bring in another weapon to the fight.

Since the Amped perk allows you to increase your DPS with your loadout, you should take full advantage of this by equipping perks that enhance your offensive capabilities. The Overkill perk allows you to equip two primary weapons in your loadout.

The Quick Fix perk rewards you for playing aggressively. Since the Amped perk helps you increase your DPS, you can pair these two perks together to constantly have health regen up and running on your character.
