Only Way To Get Loadouts In Battle Royale
Loadout Drops are a special type of supply crates that lets players access their custom loadouts in Battle Royale. If you do not have a Custom Loadout due to rank restrictions, you can use the Default Loadouts instead.

Loadout drops is the only way to get perks in Battle Royale mode as you can get them only through custom loadouts. Perks cannot be found in the field like weapons, Lethals and Tacticals so always aim to call one ASAP.

To acquire Loadout Drops, you will need to purchase it from Buy Stations with cash. Once purchased, you will get to throw a flare which will call in a supply crate that will fall near the flare which you can interact with to get loadouts.

The Loadout Drop can only be used once and will disappear after its use. Any subsequent uses must be purchased again, meaning its hard to switch loadouts mid-battle.
Warnings Appear For Enemies
When a Loadout Drop is called in, nearby players will get a notification saying that a drop is incoming. Therefore, try to call in drops at a safe location or enemies might ambush you and take the crate for themselves!
Wait For Circle Collapse For Free Drop
There are 2 free Loadout Drops during a match: One within the first two circle collapses, and one in the late-game phase. As other players may be targeting the same drops as well, it may be safer to call your own.
No Loadout Drops For Plunder
Plunder mode has no loadout restrictions and the loadout screen is available when waiting to be dropped in, meaning loadut can be easily swapped even mid-battle. Therefore, there is no Loadout Drop in Plunder mode.

Purchase Price Raised To 10,000 In Ver. 119
In the 1,19 update, the price to purchase a Loadout Drop was increased to 10,000 in cash, up form the previous 8500. It means that players will be fighting with field weapons longer before they can call in their top loadouts.

Aside form looting the map, completing Contracts littered in the field will give you more cash once completed, allowing you & teammates to get your loadouts sooner!
