Gilberta applies a high-multiplier Arts Susceptibility debuff using her Ultimate. Although the duration is short at only 5 seconds, activating it during a Stagger can significantly boost your damage, making her a top-tier choice for boss battles.

For Gilberta, you should prioritize her Signature Weapon over unlocking Potentials. The weapon significantly boosts her Ultimate Energy regeneration and grants an Arts DMG buff when activating a Combo Skill, amplifying the entire team's damage output.
While the weapon takes priority, Potential 1 (P1) is still valuable as it expands the grouping range of her Battle Skill, making it easier to gather enemies into your attacker's range.
Opus: Etch Figure Is a Good Substitute
