Capture Tanzee And Unlock Its Pal Gear In Technology
To obtain Tanzee's Assault Rifle, capture Tanzee and unlock it in the Technology section once you reach Level 12. Once unlocked, craft it at the Pal Gear Workbench and it can be used when Tanzee's Partner Skill is activated.

How to Use Tanzee's Assault Rifle
Enables Tanzee's Partner Skill
Tanzee's Assault Rifle enables Tanzee's Partner Skill, Cheery Rifle, while Tanzee is summoned. Activate it and Tanzee will attack enemies with an Assault Rifle.

You can use it by holding the Partner Skill key or button you chose in the keybinds.
