Material Not Showing Due To Bug
There Could Be A Required Material Not Showing
The game only shows 4 kinds of materials that are required for repairs, but some actually require 5 kinds of materials. If you cannot fix an item, it may be because there is a 5th material that is not showing.
Lily's Spear Requires Ancient Civilization Parts
To repair Lily's Spear, the 5th material that doesn't appear on screen are the Ancient Civilization Parts. If you seem to have all the materials but still can't repair it, check if you have enough Ancient Civilization Parts.

 Homing Sphere Launcher | Pal Metal Ingot Polymer Paldium Fragment Carbon Fiber Ancient Civilization Parts (Will not show on screen) |
 Hyper Grappling Gun | Paldium Fragment Refined Ingot Carbon Fiber Polymer Ancient Civilization Parts (Will not show on screen) |
Also Required For Items Of Uncommon Rarity (or higher)
You also need Ancient Civilization Parts to repair items that were made from schematics of uncommon rarity or higher.
Amount Of Required Materials Change
Repairing items require more materials the lower the remaining durability is. This is also the same for the 5th material that doesn't show on screen.
