How To Recover Satiety?
You Can Eat Ingredients
The Hunger level can be restored by eating ingredients. Ingredients can be obtained by gathering them on the field or defeating enemies, and can also be cultivated by creating Plantations at bases. Hover over the ingredient in the inventory and right-click (Y, △ button) to eat it.
Red Berries Is Recommended In The Early Stages
Red Berries are easily obtainable through gathering, making them useful for replenishing satiety in the early stages. If you come across them, pick them up actively.
Cook The Ingredients To Recover More Efficiently
Using Campfires or Cooking Pots allows you to cook various food from ingredients. This not only improves the Nutrition value but also provides various effects such as SAN value recovery and Defense boost, depending on the dish.
Put The Ingredients In Feed Bag
You can automatically feed your character and Pals in your party when you unlock and get the Feed Bag, where you can store consumable foods and ingredients.
Unlocked At Level 10
The Small Feed Bag is unlocked once you reach level 10. To unlock it, you'll need to collect and use Ancient Technology Points.
Set Up A Feed Box At The Base
By placing a Feed Box at the base and adding food or ingredients in it, the Pals working there will automatically take their meals when they get hungry. If the Feed Box is empty, Pals won't be able to eat, so be careful not to run out of food or ingredients.
Recommended To Place Near A Plantation
Setting up a plantation within the base ensures that the crops grown there are automatically deposited into the Feed Box. So place a Feed Box close to it streamline the process of stocking the Feed Box to automatically feed Pals.
Hunger Effects & Disadvantages
Status Decreases
Condition | Fullness Level & Effectiveness |
Hungry | 1-30 - Attack, Defense and Work Speed decreases by 20%. |
Starving | 0 - Attack, Defense and Work Speed decreases by 50%. - HP decreases every second. |
As the hunger level decreases, it triggers hunger and eventually starvation, resulting in various debuffs. This not only affects combat performance but also reduces work efficiency, so it's important to be mindful and keep an eye out on the hunger gauge level.
Hunger Status Decreases HP
When the hunger level reaches 0 and the hunger status sets in, the HP level decreases at a considerably fast rate. It's advisable to replenish satiety early, even though your character might not necessarily perish since it stops at 1 HP.
Tips! | HP (Health Points) is restored by consuming satiety, so HP does not recover in a starving state where satiety is at 0. |
SAN Value Decreases Faster
When the satiety level decreases, Pal's SAN value goes down faster as well. This decline in SAN value can lead to Pals slacking off, getting sick, or injured, ultimately resulting in a significant drop in work efficiency.

How To Prevent Hunger
Sleep On The Bed
If you want to start the game and leave it running, make sure your character is sleeping on the bed. You can use this method during the day or till afternoon since it will automatically skip time when done at night and you will wake up the next morning.
You Will Wake Up At Dawn
When night falls after sleeping during the day, you will skip straight through time until dawn the next day. Upon waking up in bed, your hunger decreases in this state if left alone, so it's best to sleep again.
Return Pals In Their Sphere Or Place In The Palbox
The Pals inside their Pal Sphere or Palbox do not get hungry. To prevent a decrease in hunger, only take Pals out when necessary.
Tips! | Using Daedream's Necklace stops Daedream's hunger level from decreasing. |
