You can unlock Ring of Mercy from the technology menu by spending ancient technology point.
Technology ListCraft It In Workbenches & Assembly Line
Once you have unlocked it in Technology, gather the necessary materials and craft it on the Workbench or Assembly Line. You can also assign a Pal with Handiwork Suitability to craft it.
You Can Purchase It At The Merchant
If you do not have time and patience to craft it, you can visit Fisherman's Point and have a chat with the Green Wandering Merchant to buy it directly from him in exchange for Gold

All The Attack Will Be Non-Fatal
This item when equipped will make all attacks non-fatal, meaning you will be able to keep the Pal alive without killing it fatally. This is especially useful when trying to capture weaker Pals or increase the capturing rate without risking.Must Equip Accessory
To use the Ring of Mercy, you need to equip it on your character from the Inventory section, just like how you normally equip armor and weapons. After crafting and acquiring it, hover over the Ring of Mercy item in the inventory and right-click to equip it.
Alternative To Mercy Hit Passive
If your Pal doesn't have a Mercy hit passive, you can achieve similar effects by using the Ring of Mercy on your character instead to avoid accidentally last hitting Pals.
